TeleFirstMed GLP-1 Telemedicine Practice

These Terms of Service govern your use of the TeleFirstMed website and telemedicine services. Byusing our services, you agree to these terms.

Medical Services
TeleFirstMed provides physician-led telemedicine services. Participation does not guaranteeprescription approval or specific medical outcomes. All medical decisions are made by a licensedphysician based on individual medical evaluation

Eligibility :
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where our physician is licensed to receiveservices.

Payment and Billing :
- Initial medical evaluation fees are charged at the time of booking
- Monthly care fees are billed every 30 days
- Medications are not included and are paid separately at your pharmacy
- You may cancel your monthly care prior to the next billing cycle

No Emergency Services :
TeleFirstMed does not provide emergency medical care. In case of emergency, call 911 or visit thenearest emergency facility

User Responsibilities:
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to use our services responsibly.

Intellectual Property :
All website content is the property of TeleFirstMed and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability :
TeleFirstMed is not liable for damages arising from use of the website or services, to the extentpermitted by law.

Governing Law :
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the practice is established.

Changes to Terms :
