Ongoing telemedicine visits include physician monitoring, dose adjustments, and continued care billing.

Payment covers medical evaluation and ongoing physician care — it does not guarantee a prescription or specific clinical outcome. Medications are paid separately and billed by the pharmacy. Monthly care is billed every 30 days and may be canceled any time prior to the next billing cycle.

Who provides the medical care?

Are medications included in the monthly fee?

No. Program fees cover medical care and physician oversight only. Medications are paid separately at your pharmacy based on insurance coverage and availability.

Do you prescribe compounded GLP-1 medications?

No. We prescribe FDA-approved, brand-name GLP-1 medications only.

What states do you serve?

We currently provide care to patients located in states where our physician is licensed, including North Carolina, West Virginia, South Carolina, and Maine.

Can I cancel my monthly care?

Yes. You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts.

What if I’m not medically eligible?

If GLP-1 therapy is not appropriate based on your medical evaluation, no prescription will be issued.

Is this a prescription-only service?

No. This is a physician-led medical care program that includes evaluation, monitoring, and follow-up. Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate as part of ongoing care.
